AMERICAN LIFAN WARRANTY INFORMATION

This document is provided by Mefast Company as a reference tool for Lifan Dealerships, not for retail consumer use.

American Lifan Industry Inc. and its distributors are committed to providing excellent after sales service through
swift warranty processing. All warranty claims should be mailed or faxed to American Lifan and/or its distributors
and will be processed within 15 to 20 days of receipt.
A warranty registration card needs to be on file with American Lifan Industry, Inc. and/or its distributors before a
warranty claim can be processed. Warranty registration card must be received within seven days from the date of
purchase. No warranty card will be accepted unless all the requested information is supplied, or if submitted after 30
days from date of purchase.
American Lifan Industry Inc. and / or its distributors will not accept warranty claim forms that do not have
warranty registration cards on file, it's the dealer's responsibility to double check the warranty card inside the
crate and ensure it is mailed back to American Lifan, in case card missing, report to American Lifan within 3 days.
Claims are to be submitted within 30 days from the date of repair. Any claim submitted after the 30 day grace period
is subject to denial. Note: No claim will receive consideration if submitted after 60 days from the date of
repair, and authorization from American Lifan Industry Inc., is a must before acting the repair which will
result in warranty parts or labor reimbursement.
Warranty starts from the date of purchase by any consumers for all American Lifan Industry, Inc. products.
The following parts are covered under warranty, along with their warranted period:


Mechanical Parts:
Engine, transmission, drive train, carburetor, front shocks,
rear shock and chain. 6 MONTHS OR 3,000 Miles

Rectifier, ignition coil, switch, main wire, fuel system,
starter relay and CDI modules  3 Months


Body Parts: Plastics, moldings or body covers are not covered under warranty.


Shipping and Labor:

 All products come with free shipping of warranty parts for a claim 30 days of retail sale. Warranty labor will be
reimbursed at $40.00/hour or as directed by state regulation, warranty labor for 2005 model only, no warranty
labor to be claimed for 2004 model. Labor period is three months from date of purchase.

Note: if there is shipping damage to your unit, you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the unit in
question. Dealer must submit pictures of the damaged parts by mail to American Lifan Industry, Inc. or its
distributors.

Note: Absolutely no warranty for consumable and normal wear items such as spark plugs, light bulbs,
lubricants, air filters, hoses, brake shoes, tires / tubes, battery, or problems occurring due to lack of
professional assembly, scheduled maintenance, or consumer abuse.

 Any and all modifications of the vehicle will void the manufacturer's warranty. Defective parts are subject to be
recalled by American Lifan Industry, Inc. and are required to be held by the dealer for ninety days. When warranty
has been confirmed, American Lifan Industry, Inc. and or its distributor will ship all parts via UPS Ground only.
